Sometimes life brings you to a place where all you can do is sit and ponder. Ponder on the things that are happening or have happened in your life. Ponder what lies before you and if things are as they seem. PONDER this…….God is an amazing father and all that you need is him. Ponder on his goodness and how he has promised to never leave you nor forsake you! Stop pondering situations and circumstances that are beyond your control. Give it to God and ponder on him. He is the only one with the power to make things change. Tonight I am grateful that in the midst of turmoil all over this country I can rest in HIM. I love you all, goodnight.❤️

Just finished watching a message from #TheLoveLetter series by Bishop T.D. Jakes. What a revelatory moment! Sometimes you have to suffer and labor a while before you are able to pass the test. But in the meanwhile, allow love to lead. Watching, fighting, praying, and most of all working to lead in LOVE. Sometimes that will mean long suffering. Just know that it won’t be in vain and that just like you see the truth in others actions, so does God. Love anyway……Be safe, be blessed, and know that you are loved.

When you can be grateful for everything life has thrown at you, you know that there’s been growth. You’ve survived the worse of times and situations. While often feeling unworthy and all alone God always finds a way to show that there is LIFE after all this! As I look back over my life I am just thankful for God’s grace and his mercy. Without him I am nothing, but with him I am everything. While others may not appreciate who and what I am, I am grateful for the process. Be grateful for the things you go through. Learn to appreciate the pain, the hurt, and every disappointment. God has a plan and he has a purpose. Don’t allow your current situation to dictate your future. Stand firm in your faith and remember that with God all things are possible. Be safe, be blessed, and know that you are loved. ❤️

Where is your heart?

Yesterday while volunteering I encountered a young lady that needed to be encouraged. This young lady for some reason decided to tell me her story which gave some insight on why there was a look of sadness and despair in her eyes. She began to cry as I spoke with her and told her that her mistakes aren’t what matters, her heart is what matters to God. She cried for minutes which seemed like an hour in the middle of the facility. As I comforted her I told her that I would be in continuous prayer for her and her family. As we get in the full holiday swing, let’s remember the people that are carrying heavy burdens and feelings of loneliness. You never know what the next person may be going through. I ask you this question, where is your heart? Can God trust your heart to care for his people? Choose love, choose kindness, choose humility…….Be safe, be blessed, and know that I love you. ❤️

Sometimes we come to a place in our lives where we have to leave our comfort zone and do something different. We have to face our fears, our future, and the purpose that God has given us. Often when we make this decision the enemy will begin to attack like never before. Don’t allow the distraction to deter you from what has already been given to you. The devils job is to keep you off kilter. Stay focused! God will never bring you to a place He’s not able and willing to keep you. Be encouraged and know that your BEST days are ahead of you. Monday a close friend sent me a song and the words truly resonated in my spirit. The song is a testament of a young lady’s life. It was sent to me because it is parallel to something similar in my life. It’s amazing the things that you may have said or done that may have impacted the life of someone else. I’m so grateful to have received the song because I am different. When you are different and you KNOW that your purpose is much greater than you could ever imagine you walk boldly in being different. I say this to remind you that there’s absolutely nothing wrong with being who and what you are. Stand in your purpose and pray diligently for guidance and direction from God. He will not lead you astray. Learn to be exactly who you are. God created you for greatness, now walk in it! Be safe, be blessed, and have a wonderful Wednesday! I love you ❤️.

There’s something about God’s presence that will give you peace in every situation. Over the last 2 years I’ve spent a lot of time worrying about this, about that, about people, about life, about everything! But, every time I decided to move out of the way and allow God to have control of it there was peace. You see we all have struggles and worrying about everything is one of my mine. I worry about people and things that are far beyond my control. People are going to do what they want to do and quite frankly ain’t nothing that I can do about it! I worry about folks that I KNOW wouldn’t worry about me. But the blessing is my heart. My heart is caring, my heart is loving, and because I’m choosing to love beyond how I feel I recognize that God has to have a hand in how I process. A couple days ago I was worried about a situation brought to my attention and although it angered me and made me cry I decided to pray about it, and pray for God to have his hand in it. Don’t you know that God has the power to stir up anything and anybody that chooses to disrupt the lives of his children? Pray for those that come to disturb your peace, your purpose, and your process! Prayer changes things. Now watch God work! Be safe, be blessed, and know that I love you! ❤️
