Don’t give up! You are on the homestretch. Don’t get anxious, don’t get frustrated, don’t stress, and don’t worry! God has begun a new thing in you and it’s just about time for all to be revealed. The word brought forth today during worship encouraged us to “Be Patient with the Process.” Sometimes we get so anxious and uncomfortable that we hinder ourselves while in the process. I know it may hurt, you may not understand, and you may just be tied if going through. No matter what keep going, and DON’T GIVE UP! You are so close to your breakthrough!!! The process may be painful, but the reward will be beyond your imagination. Stay the course and trust the process! You’re almost there. Be safe, be blessed, and know that I love you! ❤️

It’s turning around for me. When I say prayer works, IT WORKS!! The past 16 days have been an assortment of highs, lows, I don’t knows, and a few I can’t make its. But God! You see because I refuse to allow the enemy to attack and control my life, I am able to see the blessing of God in front of me. I no longer look at what’s going wrong in my life, I now focus on everything that’s taking place in the NOW! Right now I am happy, I am loved, and I am blessed that God chose ME! He chose me to be exactly who and what I am. What better person for me to be. I no longer work to be in anybody else’s box. This is my story and God is rewriting it everyday. Don’t ever think this is the end, I/we/US……are always on the comeback! Now watch US work! Hope you’re having a great Saturday. Be safe, be blessed, and know that you are loved! ❤️

Day 15

Therapy. The good part about therapy is that you are provided a continuous opportunity to evaluate where you’ve been, where you are, and where you’re going. Today, I must say was a GOOD session. We laughed, talked about ways of managing my fears, and how to control without controlling. You see, sometimes we focus so much on the pain that we never evaluate the growth. We all have the opportunity to grow. The decision is yours. Grow or stay stuck! The journey continues, 6 more days. Have a fabulous Friday! Be safe, be blessed, and know that I love you. ❤️

All things are working for my good. How do I know that? Because God is INTENTIONAL, never failing! The less I worry, the better the outcome. Worrying interrupts your faith and belief that God will take care of you. Life happens, situations occur, people change, but God is always with us. Take comfort in knowing that you are never alone. When feelings of doubt, worry, and insecurity begin to develop, start praying. Focus your attention on HIM and I promise your perspective will change. God has created each of us to HIS perfection. Your purpose, your plan, your journey, was designed just for you. Trust the process and know that God loves you, and HE cares for YOU. Have a great day. Today it seems as though I have writer’s block. There’s so much I could say or that I want to say but I can’t get the words out. Not sure what this discomfort is about but I am determined to pray my way through the day. Because of the things I’ve committed to doing, I have no choice but to press in and press on. Just because it’s uncomfortable doesn’t mean something has to be wrong. God has me covered, and has you covered as well. I pray your day is filled with peace, love, and positivity. Continue to pray. Sometimes we get so frustrated with our situation that we don’t feel like God is with us. It’s in these times that we must dig deep in our faith. Even when you feel like God is answering know that he is still with you. Just because it doesn’t look good, or feel good to you doesn’t mean that God isn’t in it. I am learning that I have to release the control and allow God to work. I have been so used to “fixing” everything that I find it hard to let go, and let God. I figure why wait when I can make a decision now. But that is NOT having faith! That’s me operating out of being afraid of failure, afraid of rejection, afraid of not being enough, afraid that things won’t get done. Everyday is a struggle but I won’t give up, and I won’t give in! Instead I will continue to take it all to God in prayer. Prayer changes things. Have a wonderful day! There will be a few setbacks. Just because you’ve decided to work on you does not mean it’s going to be an easy process. There will be times when all is well and BOOM! An emotional setback. You’re human, it will happen. But KEEP GOING! There is no growth without a little pain and discomfort. These are the times that you should recall your purpose, thank God for the lesson, and remember how far you’ve come. Anything worth having is worth working for and waiting for. Enjoy yourself. Find ways to keep your mind busy. Sometimes we have to develop a new norm. I find evenings are the most difficult times for me. So, I have adjusted my schedule to include new things to do. Your mind will only do what it has been trained to do. Be careful to not fall into old, unhealthy habit’s. That is a trap of the enemy!!! The enemy doesn’t want you to heal and be happy. He does his best work when you remain stuck, unwilling to change, and uninspired about your future. Surround yourself with positive, uplifting people. Engage in healthy activities that promote and push you towards your purpose. Exercise. Taking care of your body is just as important as taking care of your mind. Get out and move. Lastly, continue to pray. Oftentimes when we begin to feel better our pray life drops off. BIG mistake! Your prayer life is just as important when you are “good” as it is when you’re in the valley. Healing requires some self reflection and understanding as to why you are “here”. I’ve found this to be very helpful in determining how to never get back to that place. You figure out what works for you, what your triggers are, and how to manage your self should a similar situation arise. I’ve learned to appreciate the good times and thank God for the many lessons learned. I’m thankful for the love given and the love shown. Self reflection also provides opportunity for growth. What can I do differently? Good, bad, or indifferent; life goes on. There’s a reason, a season, and most often a lesson learned. Be safe, be blessed, and know that you are loved.

It’s A Process

Often times I reflect on things and situations in my life and wonder, “Did I make the right decision? Did I think things through? Did I put forth my BEST effort?” Hmm, on MOST occasions the answer would be yes. You see I’m human, I allow my feelings and emotions to get the BEST of me at times. But when they began to control my decisions I know it’s time to reevaluate. Everything in life either comes with a blessing, a lesson, or a price. NOTHING in life is free. When we acknowledge our mistakes we allow ourselves the opportunity for growth. Lessons sometimes have to be repeated. The blessing in situations sometimes has to be hidden, and the price is sometimes very costly. The joy in it all is that in most cases you changed. YOU became a better YOU. Through our tests and trials we gain strength and knowledge. We recognize our strengths and our weaknesses. What are you willing to acknowledge about yourself? Are you being honest? Lol, the truth about ourselves can be appalling! Decide today to: Live, Learn, Laugh, Love unconditionally, REPEAT! Have a blessed day, I love you all.
