Despite the enemy’s attempt to destroy you, you’ve prevailed. Take comfort in knowing that HE has a plan for your life. Difficult times will come, and yes they will go. But always know that the same God that brought you to it, is the same God that will get you through it. Joy does come in the morning. Be safe, be blessed, and know that you are loved! ❤️
As I wake this Sunday morning in my spirit there’s a song, “Turning Around For Me”, by Vashawn Mitchell. The way I used to deal with things that bother me is much different these days. It’s so funny, you can be having the best day, feel good, look good, and in a split second something changes the forecast of your day. But know this, no matter what you are going through, it’s turning around for YOU. You are NOT alone in your struggle whatever it may be. Don’t let that struggle dictate your day. Acknowledge it, adjust your position, and let it go. If God brings you to it, HE will bring you through it. God is just that GOOD! Be safe, be blessed, and know that I love you. ❤️
Sometimes life brings you to a place where all you can do is sit and ponder. Ponder on the things that are happening or have happened in your life. Ponder what lies before you and if things are as they seem. PONDER this…….God is an amazing father and all that you need is him. Ponder on his goodness and how he has promised to never leave you nor forsake you! Stop pondering situations and circumstances that are beyond your control. Give it to God and ponder on him. He is the only one with the power to make things change. Tonight I am grateful that in the midst of turmoil all over this country I can rest in HIM. I love you all, goodnight.❤️
Sitting in worship this morning I was reminded that “when God chooses you, you don’t get to choose your assignment”. Dr. Kneeland Brown also said that God will always provide a plan for you to do the work! This sermon couldn’t have come at a better time. I needed to be reminded that even though I get frustrated with the process, I can’t abandon God’s assignment. There will always be valley situations and frustrating times. It’s in those moments that I have to remain focused on What God has called ME to do. No longer can I allow my flesh and outside factors to interrupt HIS assignment. As hard as it is some days to leave my flesh behind, I will press forward. God is always willing to keep those that want to be kept. I desire to be kept! Thank you Dr. Brown for that reminder. It was right on time! Be safe, be blessed, and know that you are loved! Happy Sunday!
If I tell you today has been a day, I want you to believe just THAT! I am so glad that I have learned to process things in my life differently. As I’ve grown to discern certain things and allow God to guide certain areas of my life I’m noticing the enemy’s attacks just began to come like a flood. If he can’t get you one way he’ll attack another area. If that attempt doesn’t work he tries something different. It just keeps going. The victory in it all is that my faith and my joy no longer wavers. I acknowledge his attacks, declare the victory over every situation and I move on. If nothing else in life is constant, God is. In him I put my trust. Stop putting all your trust in man. Man will let you down. Remember, we are all imperfect people and sometimes will let each other down. Recognize, recover, forgive, repeat. We are all a work in progress. Just a little thought for this Thursday. Be safe, be blessed, and know that I love you! ❤️
Sometimes stepping out of your comfort zone means doing things different in order to reflect change in your life. I am constantly in prayer asking God to mold me into the woman of purpose that he’s called me to be. God never promised that life would be easy. What HE did promise was to never leave or forsake you. Your worrying has never changed or made your situation better. All it ever did was make me lose my self worth, my focus, and a good whole lot of sleep! Game OVER! Learning to trust HIM in every situation makes life SO much easier. To whom MUCH is given, MUCH is required. It’s a new day, it’s a new season. Have a wonderful day, be safe, be blessed. I love you! ❤️
Just when you think you’ve made it the devil will remind you that he is still busy. Busy causing destruction and definitely busy causing division and confusion. Usually I am the encourager, yet today I’m needing to encourage myself. I pray, but I still worry. I believe, but my faith sometimes grows weary. I trust, yet still can’t see the plan. Even the strong get tired. We have issues and insecurities like everyone else. We go through things and cry silently because our purpose is bigger than our struggles. Today is one of those days that I know God will have to fix it. I pray that your day is blessed. Just in case you didn’t know, I love you. Happy Tuesday!
When you are on your purpose there will always be a distraction. Just know that the devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy! Those who are called never have an idle moment to spare. We have to remember and maintain our focus. Our focus has to be to keep our hearts, our minds, and our spirits stayed on HIM! We are HIS creatures and made in HIS image! Don’t you know that “distractions” don’t want to see you grow? They don’t want to see you prosper. When transformation begins to take place there will always be something or someone to remind you of how far you’ve come. You will be tempted to go back to the way you used to do and handle things. Stay focused! Know that when God creates the new and improved you, you NEVER HAVE TO RETURN TO THE OLD YOU! Lol, people have a way of reminding us of our old ways. Don’t be disheartened or surprised. Smile and thank God you are NOT who and what you used to be! God has created you for greatness, now walk in it! Be safe, be blessed, and know that you are loved! ❤️
Learning to control the things you allow in your spirit can truly be a task. On this journey we call life there are so many factors that play a part of and in our daily lives. What we feed and give life will be the very thing that steers the outcome of our day. Be mindful of the things you allow to occupy your space. This is not limited to people. Anything that distracts and causes you to lose sight of God and his plan for your life is a hinderance. Don’t allow the ill intentions of others, the faulty claims, and the attention seekers to deter your process. God’s got you, and trust me, YOU GOT HIM! HE alone is enough to ward off anything! Stay focused and know that I love you. Be safe, be blessed…..
