Life is funny. I spend everyday of my life encouraging others so much, that I sometimes fail at encouraging myself. I spend so much time checking in on other people and making sure they’re ok that I ignore myself. Self care is necessary. Time to take time for me. How I feel, matters. What I believe, matters.
