Enjoy yourself. Find ways to keep your mind busy. Sometimes we have to develop a new norm. I find evenings are the most difficult times for me. So, I have adjusted my schedule to include new things to do. Your mind will only do what it has been trained to do. Be careful to not fall into old, unhealthy habit’s. That is a trap of the enemy!!! The enemy doesn’t want you to heal and be happy. He does his best work when you remain stuck, unwilling to change, and uninspired about your future. Surround yourself with positive, uplifting people. Engage in healthy activities that promote and push you towards your purpose. Exercise. Taking care of your body is just as important as taking care of your mind. Get out and move. Lastly, continue to pray. Oftentimes when we begin to feel better our pray life drops off. BIG mistake! Your prayer life is just as important when you are “good” as it is when you’re in the valley.
