Day 1: Counseling- there is absolutely nothing wrong with seeking professional or spiritual guidance to help maintain your mental health.
Day 2: Battlefield of the Mind- don’t allow anything or anyone to hold your mind hostage. Love hard, forgive quickly, and trust God to bring you out.
Day3: Worship- God is always with you. Don’t fret or worry. He’s done it before he’ll do it again. Worship him in the meanwhile.
Day 4: Self Reflection- Think about why and how you got here. Did you learn or must you repeat the course?
Day 5: Be Encouraged- if you are reading this, he’s given you another opportunity to get it right. Start with a fresh mind and know that with correction comes elevation. Now level up!
Day 6: Clarity- get an understanding. When you have no clarity you welcome chaos. You can’t grow stuck in messy chaotic situations.
Day 7: Control Your Emotions- stop reacting and start praying! Don’t allow the pain to control your life. The more you pray the less time you have to focus on hurt, guilt, issues, and irrelevant situations. PRAY WITHOUT CEASING. He hears your cry…..
Remember, you are NOT in this alone. You can make it out the fire if you just trust the process. Don’t grow weary and don’t give up. Your blessing is on its way! I love you.
